Wangka Kutju app for iPhone and iPad

Wangka Kutju is a Pintupi-Luritja word meaning one language. It has been developed by a group of native speakers to provide digital translation between English and Pintupi-Luritja. Speak full sentences in one language, then hear your translation spoken in the other language.

- Speech recognition: Recognises spoken sentences in Pintupi-Luritja or English.
- Text-to-speech: Listen to Pintupi-Luritja sentences spoken by male or female native speakers
- 3D hand gestures: Translation is accompanied by CGI models who demonstrate Pintupi-Luritja sign language

Wangka Kutju was developed through a collaboration between Highway Learning and the Western Desert owned Nganampa Walytja Palyantjaku Tjutaku Aboriginal Corporation.
